EU Budget Lines 04.03.03.03
Budget line 04.03.03.03 “Information, consultation and participation of representatives of undertakings” is open to social partners organisations at regional, national and European level. It supports measures to strengthen transnational cooperation between workers and employers representatives in information, consultation and participation matters within undertakings operating in more than one Member State. It may also be used to fund training for representatives in transnational information, consultation and participation bodies, particularly with a view to increasing the number of women, and the involvement of representatives from the new EU Member States. It also supports measures relating to the new European Company Directive and that on national frameworks for information and consultation. The deadlines for submitting proposals for year are 28 March 2011 (for actions commencing no earlier than 28 May 2011 and no later than 22 December 2011) and 06 September 2011 (for actions commencing no earlier than 06 November 2011 and no later than 22 December 2011).   NEW Vademecum on the submission of a project on 04030303 budget line in 2011 This publication is a guide for the social partners intending to submit a project under the 04030303 EC budget line. It provides assistance to any eligible promoter throughout the preparation of the bid. It covers various aspects of the project preparation work, including an explanation of the objectives of the call for proposals 2011; practical hints on how to deal with the SAGA form; useful tips about how to structure a project description and to estimate a budget. The text also includes examples of awarded projects.
